Mr. C.V. Rao, IPS (Retd.)
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. C.V. Rao brings over 25 years of distinguished service in the Tamil Nadu Police, having served as SP, DIG, IG, and Additional DGP. He is a recipient of the Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service (IPM) and the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service (PPM).
Post-retirement, he transitioned to the corporate sector as MD & CEO of Raxa Security Services (GMR Group), where he pioneered integrated security technology systems for clients such as Wipro, TCS, and Mylan.
In 2016, he founded Kairos with a vision to build a disciplined, tech-enabled manpower solutions company. Under his leadership, Kairos has become one of Hyderabad’s top ten service providers, offering security, integrated facility management, manpower and ambulance services across sectors and states.
Mr. Radhakrishnan M
General Manager – Security & Business Development
With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Radhakrishnan is a seasoned security professional who served 21 years in the CRPF and 10 years in the elite Special Protection Group (SPG) responsible for the Prime Minister’s security. He also worked in the Vigilance Wing of Delhi Police before retiring as Deputy Commandant.
Post-retirement, he joined Raxa Security Services, heading operations at Delhi Airport and managing IPL security at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium for
six consecutive years.
Since 2018, he has led Kairos’ security operations and business development across multiple states. His depth of field knowledge and leadership under Mr. C.V. Rao has made him instrumental in scaling Kairos’ services to high-profile clients including GVK, Taj Hotels, and Metro Corridors.
Mr. C.B. Shankor Menun
General Manager – Facility & Business Development
He began his career in sales with Skypak Service Specialist Ltd. and spent over a decade in logistics before transitioning into facility management, where he held senior leadership roles at TOPSGRUP, Krystal, Kapston, Agile, and PESS Group.
Since joining Kairos in 2022, he has overseen Integrated Facility Management Services for marquee clients such as GVK, EMRI, L&T, HMRL, Fernandez Hospitals, MNR Hospitals and DSL Abacus IT Park. He also leads credit control, P&L responsibilities and operations expansion.
Mr. J. Ranga Rao
Assistant General Manager – Operations & Administration
Mr. Ranga Rao brings more than 36 years of combined experience from the armed forces and private sector. He served 24 years in elite Central Armed Police Forces (CISF & CRPF) and holds degrees in Commerce (B.Com) and Law (LLB).
Since 2017, he has been with Kairos, overseeing operations and administration with a strong focus on security compliance, team coordination, and risk management.
Known for blending the rigour of public service with private sector innovation, he ensures smooth daily operations and maintains service excellence across Kairos’ pan-India deployments.
Mr. Hari Venkat Srinivas
Assistant General Manager – Facility & Business Development
He has managed large-scale infrastructure such as high-rise buildings, malls, workers’ camps, and luxury hospitality projects. Known for his strategic leadership and service delivery optimisation, he has won accolades, including a Letter of Appreciation from the Supreme Committee (Qatar).
At Kairos, he is responsible for expanding and refining facility management systems, ensuring high-compliance operations and leading high-performing teams across commercial and healthcare facilities.
Dr. M.K. Srivastava
AGM – Veterinary Mobile Livestock Clinics (VMLC)
Dr. M.K. Srivastava is a senior veterinarian with over 20 years of experience in the livestock sector. An MVSc postgraduate in animal genetics and breeding, he has led cattle and goat breeding initiatives across Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Tripura, and Bihar.
Earlier, he served with BAIF Development Research Foundation, implementing programmes supported by various state Animal Husbandry Departments and CSR projects like MCL Coalfields.
Since 2022, he has led Kairos’ veterinary division, successfully launching the 1962 MVU Programme in Uttarakhand and Jharkhand with over 296 Mobile Veterinary Units. His responsibilities include programme design, staff training, government liaison, and emergency response strategy.
Mr. B.S. Prabhakara Rao
Head – Training
With a security career starting in 1978, Mr. Prabhakara Rao has decades of experience in firefighting, intelligence, and high-tech security training.
During his tenure with CISF, and later with Raxa Security Services, he was instrumental in building one of India’s first private security training centres.
At Kairos, since 2017, he has led the development of a commercially viable, NSDC-aligned training academy spread across 10 acres. He oversees instructor development, quality control, and integrates training insights into business development through a vast professional network.
