The Manpower has sourced on Pan- Indian basis through a stringent process of selection on certain parameters such as Height, Physical fitness, Educational Qualifications, Background, Police Verification, etc..,. All the selected personnel will be put through 30 days training program designed as per the National Skill Development Corporation standard (NSDC) after strict evaluation and certification.

After successful completion, the personnel are deployed on the Job under the supervision of experienced managers and then monitored/supported on daily basis through Tech based Processes by senior management.
