Our Operational Model

Our Operational team takes up a preliminary survey of the proposed location in consultation with the customers and arrives at an optimum/ cost effective solution keeping in mind the specific needs and the budget. Once the requirement is finalized, our recruitment/training team initiates the process of selecting appropriate personnel as per the required standards with relevant experience. The selected candidates will be trained at our academy as per the NSDC norms with site-specific training. Similarly, the supervisors are also selected as per the required standards and trained along with the personnel so that they develop team spirit and work as a team when deployed at the site. The operations Head along with the field officers monitor the induction process and ensure smooth transition. They also deploy our “Operational Excellence Model” and monitor closely and review periodically along with the Client’s team and take up course corrections.
